The school boats of spacious and well ventilated classrooms. The big windows ensure ample daylight and fresh air into the rooms. All classrooms are equipped with electric lights, fans, age-appropriate & comfortable furniture, bulletin boards and audio-visual equipment to facilitate learning.

APHSS has separate labs for Physics, Chemistry & Biology equipped with state-of-art modern equipments. The theoretical knowledge acquired by the students in the classroom is practically complemented here. Children have a curious mind. Science labs are where students get an opportunity to work and explore various scientific phenomena of their own.

The school provides proper training of computer to every student. Computer lab at APHSS has 25 high tech computers, networked using Thin Client and working on Windows 7 platform. All the computers are equipped with requisite software for learners of different classes. The lab also provides students access to free internet.

“Books are uniquely portable magic. Reading is the process which increases knowledge. APHSS has a well stacked library with books based on different segments and areas as science & technology, social sciences, literature, current affairs, novels, etc. The library also subscribes to various magazines and periodicals of students interest. Teachers & students also have access to the internet. The library also has a separate reference section for the benefit of the learners.

We appreciate the artistic skills of our students, and thus we have designed a proper art room fully equipped with wonderful resource for drawing, painting and sculpture. The art work of our students is exhibited during the Annual Social gathering and on special occasions.

Special emphasis is laid on music and dance. Students are trained in Indian classical and western forms of dance, instrumental and vocal music. The school choir consisting of our students performs during the school assembly, functions and celebrations.

Sports and games are a valuable tool for enhancing endurance and the spirit of healthy competition. They also motivate the students to be disciplined and improve their capabilities to work and excel individually and as a team. APHSS has included facilities for various sports viz. football, volleyball, table tennis, cricket, kho-kho, chess, carrom as part of school programme of study. Qualifies & experienced coaches impart training to the students in their respective specializations.

School is equipped with fleet of buses, as to provide with clean and safe journey to students from home to school and back. Buses are equipped with, first aid box, fire extinguishers. Also advanced GPS system is being added in buses as to track – routes, speed and to monitor driver and conductor activity.
